Solitary Eternity
In my slumber
I have the clearest visions of a dimension.
So familiar, so loathsome,
yet unknown to me.
Where no sun dwells,
and the moons are always full.
Solitary it is, and solitary I shall be.
For none have I encountered
that mirrored my being.
I have traveled centuries of time to be at one
with the dismal plains of the macrocosm.
That is where I belong,
where my soul may rest.
I have lost all things, my body included.
What once was is now shattered to a
thousand shards of frozen flesh.
Still I search,
gaining only wisdom which strengthens me
on my journey
through the uncompromising cosmos.
Eternidad Solitaria
En mi sueño
Tengo las visiones más claras de una dimensión.
Tan familiar, tan repugnante,
aún desconocida para mí.
Donde ningún sol habita,
y las lunas siempre están llenas.
Solitaria es, y solitario seré.
Pues no he encontrado
a nadie que refleje mi ser.
He viajado siglos de tiempo para estar en uno
con las llanuras lúgubres del macrocosmos.
Ahí es donde pertenezco,
donde mi alma puede descansar.
He perdido todas las cosas, incluido mi cuerpo.
Lo que una vez fue ahora está hecho añicos
en mil fragmentos de carne congelada.
Aún así busco,
ganando solo sabiduría que me fortalece
en mi viaje
a través del cosmos implacable.
