ever since i started working at the record store
i get to flirt with many girls than i did before
there are tall, short, blonde and brunette
but none can conversate me how we used to get
and lately i've been hearing about certain girlfriends
well, i hear they do things i do not recommend
i don't mean to preach, cause that may drive you away
but, i know that sorta stuff can damage your brain
when i see you with a boyfriend
i realize its a lot harder than i imagined
it gets hard to get so close
when i feel like i'm sharing the affection
i never show i'm jealous
start acting a little crazed

desde que empecé a trabajar en la tienda de discos
puedo coquetear con más chicas de las que solía
hay altas, bajas, rubias y morenas
pero ninguna puede conversar como solíamos hacerlo
y últimamente he escuchado sobre ciertas novias
bueno, escucho que hacen cosas que no recomendaría
no quiero sermonear, porque eso podría alejarte
pero sé que ese tipo de cosas pueden dañar tu cerebro
cuando te veo con un novio
me doy cuenta de que es mucho más difícil de lo que imaginaba
se vuelve difícil acercarse tanto
cuando siento que comparto el afecto
nunca muestro celos
