I dont want to rule the world
just to live in a free country
just give me my land and my liberties
this is not how we were founded
the fathers wouldnt act this way
they wouldnt keep our peopel grounded
theyd want em livin for today.
wont be frightened into houses
or be deterred from taking flight
were gonna storm the streets
and live with all our might
i dont want to change the map
or colonize the world
i want to recognize my birthrite
a true son of liberty
i take pride in how we were built
blood spilled in '76
i repect what they pushed for
the freedom that they meant
to give up now would let them down
well not on my watch
ill stand strong to fight it
like Kilcullen at the rock
ive never took for granted
these freedoms that we have
the right to worship who i want
or leave whenever i please
we choose our own officials
at least thats the idea..
ive got the right to own a gun
to protect my interests here
ive tried to exercize my rights
at every fuckin turn
these liberties were given
as must as they were earned
i thank our fighting forces
who stand guard upon our dream
without their protection
we'd be an overrun country
take advantage of what we got
dont let your freedom rot
konw your rights
throught and through
should have been a patriot before the bombs hit

No quiero gobernar el mundo
solo vivir en un país libre
solo dame mi tierra y mis libertades
así no fuimos fundados
los padres no actuarían de esta manera
no mantendrían a nuestra gente en el suelo
querrían que vivieran el hoy.
no seremos asustados a quedarnos en casa
ni seremos disuadidos de volar
vamos a tomar las calles
y vivir con toda nuestra fuerza
no quiero cambiar el mapa
ni colonizar el mundo
quiero reconocer mi derecho de nacimiento
un verdadero hijo de la libertad
me enorgullezco de cómo fuimos construidos
sangre derramada en el '76
respeto lo que lucharon por
la libertad que pretendían
rendirse ahora los decepcionaría
no en mi reloj
me mantendré fuerte para lucharlo
como Kilcullen en la roca
nunca he dado por sentadas
estas libertades que tenemos
el derecho de adorar a quien quiera
o irme cuando quiera
elegimos a nuestros propios funcionarios
al menos esa es la idea...
tengo el derecho de tener un arma
para proteger mis intereses aquí
he intentado ejercer mis derechos
en cada maldita vuelta
estas libertades fueron dadas
tanto como fueron ganadas
agradezco a nuestras fuerzas combatientes
que custodian nuestro sueño
sin su protección
seríamos un país invadido
aprovecha lo que tenemos
no dejes que tu libertad se pudra
conoce tus derechos
de principio a fin
deberías haber sido un patriota antes de que las bombas caigan
