Drawn Away
When I lost my cool on Valentine's,
I'd broken a heart that was not mine.
Though I tried my best to stay,
I still got drawn away.
I sort of knew she wanted me.
I didn't believe that it could be.
But reading between the lines,
I still didn't see the signs.
I know I made a pact.

I know what I did was right.

But things weren't the way they used to be.
Something had changed inside of me.
Maybe I did things wrong,
But I knew the spark had gone.
So I had to leave or try to stay,
And it would have hurt her either way.
But staying and not being true,
Is not something I could do.

Arrastrado
