I will lift up my eyes to the hills from whence comes my help?
My help comes from the Lord.
I will lift up my eyes.
Whom have I in heaven but you?
And there is none upon earth that I desire beside you.
My flesh and my heart fail.
My flesh and my heart fail.
My flesh an my hear fail.
But God you are the strength of my heart forever.

Levantaré mis ojos a los cerros, ¿de dónde vendrá mi ayuda?
Mi ayuda viene del Señor.
Levantaré mis ojos.
¿A quién tengo en el cielo sino a ti?
Y nada en la tierra deseo más que a ti.
Mi carne y mi corazón fallan.

Pero Dios, tú eres la fuerza de mi corazón por siempre.
