Religion
I have already seen it all
a thousand times before
gazing into empty space
where the timelines cross
for out and away from here
it pushes its way into the air
still a bit too surreal
but we bring the lies to life
it only exists within our minds
and so man created God
we tried to put it into focus
until it became too real
and still there is some kind of need
this idea came to life
still not completely understood
it lies and tears apart
a man made force in our world
combines the evil and the good
religion is what we call it
but it isn't understood
it was created to give hope
but it's caused so many wars
and it will bring so many more
countless like the stars

Ya lo he visto todo
mil veces antes
devorando el espacio vacío
donde se cruzan las líneas temporales
por fuera y lejos de aquí
se abre paso en el aire
aún un poco surrealista
pero damos vida a las mentiras
solo existe en nuestras mentes
y así el hombre creó a Dios
intentamos enfocarlo
hasta que se volvió demasiado real
y aún así hay una especie de necesidad
esta idea cobró vida
aún no completamente comprendida
miente y desgarra
una fuerza hecha por el hombre en nuestro mundo
combina el mal y el bien
religión es como lo llamamos
pero no es comprendida
fue creada para dar esperanza
pero ha causado tantas guerras
y traerá muchas más
tantas como las estrellas
