Woke up this morning
found my way downstairs
put on some coffee
smelt the morning air
read the note you left me
why it was poetry
and as i read the last few lines
of our little diary
i knew that your love is good for me
your love is constantly
your love works for me
your love is endlessly
my mind went to rewind
thinking about last night
by the way you held me baby
how you loved me just right
candles looked like a shrine
our bodies were so entwined
your lips taste just like wine
and in the end
you let out a sigh saying
next morning i woke up

preparé un poco de café

mi mente retrocedió
pensando en la noche anterior
por la forma en que me abrazaste, cariño
cómo me amaste justo como debías
las velas parecían un santuario
nuestros cuerpos estaban tan entrelazados
tus labios saben a vino
y al final
dejaste escapar un suspiro diciendo
a la mañana siguiente me desperté
