This morning when I woke up I tried to set the world all straight
I tried to make a meaning of what's left.
With numbers and figures spinning all around my head
and making out of logic what's the best.

Scientific revolution, it amazes me what we can do,
we hold the power to destroy the world.
Still people die from yellow fever, TB, draught, malaria.
We shut our eyes, they seem so far away.

I try to keep it simple, but it really blows my mind.
We're treating all the symptoms but we'll never get it right
as long as we keep hating instead of showing love
this world is damned forever and the glory is with God.
Ignorance, cold blooded hearts and people die of loneliness,
but money's making money's making rich.

Esta mañana cuando me desperté intenté arreglar el mundo por completo
Intenté darle sentido a lo que queda.
Con números y cifras girando en mi cabeza
y tratando de sacar lo mejor de la lógica.
Hasta el fin de los tiempos habrá gente llorando

Revolución científica, me asombra lo que podemos hacer,
tenemos el poder de destruir el mundo.
Aún la gente muere de fiebre amarilla, tuberculosis, sequía, malaria.
Cerramos los ojos, parecen tan lejos.

Intento mantenerlo simple, pero realmente me sorprende.
Estamos tratando todos los síntomas pero nunca lo haremos bien

pero el dinero hace dinero y enriquece.
