Há pessoas que vivem num canto,
em mil desencantos somente a chorar
Há pessoas que são infelizes,
Vivendo em mil crises na rua e no lar
Outras há, que são desiludidas,
Cansadas da vida só fazem sofrer
É preciso pensarem direito, mudarem conceitos
Só assim vão saber
Que vale a pena viver! Vale a pena viver!
Se Deus está contigo, Ele é teu amigo
Vale a pena viver!
Há pessoas quais as folhas sem vida, cortadas,
Caídas de um galho qualquer
São quais nuvens que o vento carrega,
Numa viagem cega, vazia, sem fé.
Outras há que não crêem em nada,
Só vivem cansadas e sem direção
Prisioneiras do vício e do tédio,
Sofrem com o remédio ao alcance de suas mãos
Mas ecoa uma voz doce e boa, sobre cada pessoa
Chamando assim:
- Vinde a mim, cansados e oprimidos,
Que se encontram perdidos
Diz a voz: - Vinde a mim!
Essa voz é a voz de Jesus, que sofreu lá na cruz
Para nos perdoar
É o caminho, é a verdade e a vida
Ele é quem te convida
Ele quer te salvar.
Worth living
There are people who live in a corner,
in a thousand disappointments only crying
There are people who are unhappy,
living in a thousand crises in the street and at home
Others are disillusioned,
tired of life only causing suffering
They need to think right, change concepts
Only then will they know
That it's worth living! It's worth living!
If God is with you, He is your friend
It's worth living!
There are people like lifeless leaves, cut,
fallen from any branch
They are like clouds carried by the wind,
in a blind, empty, faithless journey
Others don't believe in anything,
just live tired and directionless
Prisoners of vice and boredom,
suffer with the remedy within reach of their hands
But a sweet and good voice echoes, over each person
Calling like this:
- Come to me, tired and oppressed,
Who are lost
The voice says: - Come to me!
This voice is the voice of Jesus, who suffered on the cross
To forgive us
He is the way, the truth, and the life
He is the one inviting you
He wants to save you.
