A esperança
Por meio de Nosso Senhor Jesus tivemos acesso a essa graça
E estamos firmes, esperando a glória de Deus
E até das tribulações nos gloriamos
Pois o sofrimento produz paciência que prova a nossa fidelidade
Gerando em nós a esperança
E a esperança não engana...
Porque o amor de Deus foi derramado em nossos corações
Pelo Espírito Santo que nos foi dado
Hope
Through Our Lord Jesus we have access to this grace
And we stand firm, waiting for the glory of God
And even in tribulations we boast
For suffering produces patience that proves our faithfulness
Generating hope within us
And hope does not deceive...
For the love of God has been poured into our hearts
By the Holy Spirit who was given to us
