Matthew Twenty-four
I believe the time is coming when the Lord shall come again,
I believe the end is nearing every door;
I believe the Good old Bible from beginning to the end.
Just compare today with Matthew Twenty-four.
We are living surely living, in the days He speaks about,
All these things we now are having everyday;
Let's be ready for His coming let us meet
Him with a shout;
For He tells us in His word to watch and pray,
While upon the Mount of Olives His disciples came to Him,
Saying tell us when these things are going to be;
Jesus answered, "Be ye watching, let everyone be free from sin;"
So, take heed no man shall ever ye deceive.
Mateo Veinticuatro
Creo que se acerca el momento en que el Señor vendrá de nuevo,
Creo que el fin está cerca en cada puerta;
Creo en la buena Biblia desde el principio hasta el final,
Solo compara hoy con Mateo Veinticuatro.
Estamos viviendo, seguramente viviendo, en los días de los que habla,
Todas estas cosas que ahora tenemos todos los días;
Estemos listos para Su venida, encontrémoslo con un grito;
Porque nos dice en Su palabra que debemos velar y orar.
Mientras estaba en el Monte de los Olivos, sus discípulos se acercaron a Él,
Diciendo, cuéntanos cuándo sucederán estas cosas;
Jesús respondió, 'Estén vigilantes, que todos estén libres de pecado';
Así que, tengan cuidado, que nadie los engañará jamás.
