I Know I Can Trust
At the breaking of dawn, I cry out to You
In the morning light, I seek Your face, oh my God
I need Your shoulder to pour out my tears
And I know I can trust in You
For You are my refuge in all my pain
I need Your embrace, Your love and compassion for my soul
Hold my hands, lord, take me in Your arms
Enfold me with Your mercy
So that I may have life, so that I may overcome my afflictions
The days are getting difficult, the burdens heavier
And the journey is becoming weary
But I know I can trust in Your love for me
In Your mercy over my life
I learned so much from my mistakes
When I walked alone through this world
I learned from my pain, from my failures
But I only understood the meaning of life when I fell
And in despair, I looked up
Gazing at the vastness of the heavens, I cried out to You
And You answered my cry
I looked to the sky and felt
A strength I had never felt before
I felt Your hands touching me
I felt that Your faithfulness is real
I felt that I can trust
Your embrace warmed my soul, Your light guided me in the darkness
When You illuminated my path, I heard Your voice within me saying
I am Jesus, just trust in me
I will trust in You, o my Lord Jesus
I will praise You as long as I have breath
I will sing Your good news to the world
I will speak Your name with boldness
I will carry Your word wherever I go
Like seeds to be sown
So that there may be fruit, so that souls may be saved
So that the world may know that You are the most high God

Pero sé que puedo confiar en Tu amor por mí
En Tu misericordia sobre mi vida
Aprendí tanto de mis errores
Cuando caminé solo por este mundo
Aprendí de mi dolor, de mis fracasos
Pero solo entendí el significado de la vida cuando caí
Y en la desesperación, miré hacia arriba
Contemplando la inmensidad de los cielos, clamé a Ti
Y Tú respondiste a mi clamor
Miré al cielo y sentí
Una fuerza que nunca había sentido antes
Sentí Tus manos tocándome
Sentí que Tu fidelidad es real
Sentí que puedo confiar
Tu abrazo calentó mi alma, Tu luz me guió en la oscuridad
Cuando iluminaste mi camino, escuché Tu voz dentro de mí diciendo
Soy Jesús, solo confía en mí
Confiaré en Ti, oh mi Señor Jesús
Te alabaré mientras tenga aliento
Cantaré Tus buenas nuevas al mundo
Hablaré Tu nombre con valentía
Llevaré Tu palabra a donde quiera que vaya

Para que el mundo sepa que Tú eres el Dios altísimo
