De noite quando estou no meu leito
Pensando nas grandezas de Deus
Sempre guiando minha vida
Neste mundo que vive sem paz
Então ele vem e força me traz para vencer o mal
Como posso deixar de louvar ao Senhor
Que imenso amor tem por mim
Dormindo ele está comigo
Mostrando, me glórias no além
Vejo Sião cidade de luz
Onde breve com Deus viverei
Amanhece e ainda sinto
Sua mão bem perto de mim
Clamo sincero ó Deus dá-me forças
Nesse dia que está para vir
Então ele vem e forças me traz
Para vencer o mal
Como posso deixar de louvar ao Senhor
Que imenso amor tem por mim

At night when I'm in my bed
Thinking about the greatness of God
Always guiding my life
In this world that lives without peace
Then He comes and brings me strength to overcome the evil
How can I not praise the Lord
For the immense love He has for me
Sleeping, He is with me
Showing me glories in the beyond
I see Zion, the city of light
Where soon I will live with God
Dawn breaks and I still feel
His hand so close to me
I cry out sincerely, oh God, give me strength
For this day that is about to come
Then He comes and brings me strength
To overcome the evil
How can I not praise the Lord
For the immense love He has for me
