Pendulum
The pendulum swings in slow symphony with my heart or your moods,
no matter how far we seem to drift we'll always come back to the center and i'll always come back to your arms.
Let's put tonight behind us, at least until it happens again and we do the same thing.
This pendulum sways through those sweaty summer days when we aren't allowed inside but we go in anways,
just to stay cool.

It seems as though we drag along with the motions of a pendulum,back and forth,back and forth and back to the center. Back to your arms.
Back to how things should be.
Back to the way a pendulum should swing,swaying ever so carefully towards the edge but always coming back.
Péndulo
El péndulo oscila en lenta sinfonía con mi corazón o tus estados de ánimo,
no importa cuán lejos parezcamos alejarnos, siempre volveremos al centro y yo siempre volveré a tus brazos.
Dejemos esta noche atrás, al menos hasta que vuelva a suceder y hagamos lo mismo.
Este péndulo se balancea en esos días sudorosos de verano cuando no se nos permite entrar pero entramos de todos modos,
solo para mantenernos frescos.

Parece que arrastramos con los movimientos de un péndulo, de un lado a otro, de un lado a otro y de vuelta al centro. De vuelta a tus brazos.
De vuelta a cómo deberían ser las cosas.
De vuelta a la forma en que un péndulo debería oscilar, balanceándose con cuidado hacia el borde pero siempre regresando.
