O iluminou pra viver em campanha
Em favor dos irmãos
Um só coração e uma só alma
Um só sentimento em favor dos pequenos
E o desejo feliz
De tornar o país
Mais irmão e fraterno
Vão fazer de nós
Povo do Senhor
Construtores do amor
Operários da paz
Mais fiéis a Jesus
Vão fazer nossa igreja
Uma Igreja mais santa
E mais plena de luz

The pain was so great, the injustice so immense
That the light of Jesus that accompanies his people
Enlightened him to live on a campaign
In favor of the brothers
One heart and one soul
One feeling in favor of the little ones
