Upeklo je sunce dan je ko´ stvoren za plazu
Na plaži se nalaze ljudi što se kupaju, sunèaju, brèkaju i mažu
I èin san skinuo kapu presjekao me osmjeh tvoj
Mislio sam da mi se smiješ zgob masne kose ili zbog zelene kape,
Al danas se takve kape nose, i nisam shvatio ništa, idem do šanka popiti sok.
A da sam ja tog trenutka shvatio zasto si se nasmješila,
Sigurno bi se nazad vratio i stvar bi drugim tokom krenila.
Kad sam stigao do šanka ti si veæ tamo bila,
Sjedila si sasvim sama i nisi ništa pila, ponudio sam ti gutljaj soka mog
Rekla si ne hvala neæu ništa piti ovdje sam se došla od žarkog sunca skriti
A ja sam rekao dobro okrenuo se i ispio sok
A da sam ja tog trenutka shvatio zasto si se nasmjesila,
Sigurno bi se nazad vratio i stvar bi drugim tokom krenila.
Odjednom je za šankom postalo strašno vruæe,
Vidio sam neke da skaæu i dobio nadahnuæe
Poletio sam kao ptica kroz zrak, odlièan skok.
A ti si se u hladu smijala ko malo djete,
I to mi je poticaj dalo za još tri-èetri piruete
I nisam znao kud sa sobom od sreæe bio sam lud.
A da sam ja tog trenutka shvatio zašto si se nasmješila,
Sigurno bi se nazad vratio i stvar bi drugim tokom krenila.

The sun is burning, a day made for the beach
On the beach, people are swimming, sunbathing, splashing, and rubbing
And when I took off my cap, your smile cut through me
I thought you were laughing at my greasy hair or my green cap
But nowadays, those caps are in style, and I didn't understand a thing, I'm going to the bar to have a drink.
