No dia do Senhor, João foi arrebatado
E ouviu uma grande voz, e virou-se para ver quem falava
E viu um semelhante ao Filho do Homem que dizia
Não temas! Eu sou o Alfa e o Ômega
Princípio e o Fim, e tenho nas mãos a chave
Da morte e do inferno!
João foi tomado pela glória
Arrebatado da ilha de Patmos
E ele caiu, prostrado
Perante a face do Grande Jeová
E o Cordeiro estendeu Sua destra
E bradou pra todo universo
Vem e vê o que Eu preparei
O que vou fazer, o que Eu conquistei
E João viu a cidade de ruas de ouro
E João viu os setes castiçais ao redor do trono
E João viu as sete estrelas na palma da Sua mão
E João ouviu a Sua voz como sinfonia de trovão
João viu os olhos d’Ele como chamas de fogo
E João viu ao seu redor milhares de anjos
E o Cordeiro se prepara pra buscar a Igreja
Que vai ser tirada dessa Terra e verá
A Sua grandeza
E o que vê Igreja? Vejo a glória revelada
E o que vê Igreja? Vejo o Cordeiro que venceu
E o que vê Igreja? Vejo sete castiçais ao trono
E no meio deles o prometido, meu Noivo
E o que vê Igreja? Vejo o universo prostrado

Aclamando a vitória do Rei do Rei!

Ao que está assentado sobre o trono
Os anciãos lançam suas coroas

O que era, o que é e o que vem aí
O Guerreiro da Igreja, o Tremendo Venerado
O Regente do universo, a Estrela, o Almejado
Os anjos se envolvem com a Igreja perante o trono
A criação te adora, Santo!

On the Lord's day, John was taken away
And he heard a great voice, and turned to see the voice that spake
And he saw one like the Son of Man saying
Fear not! I am the Alpha and the Omega
Beginning and the End, and I hold the key in my hands
Of death and hell!
John was taken by glory
Taken from the island of Patmos
And he fell, prostrate
Before the face of the Great Jehovah
And the Lamb stretched out His right hand
And he shouted to the entire universe
Come and see what I have prepared
What will I do, what have I achieved?
And John saw the city with streets of gold
And John saw the seven candlesticks round about the throne
And John saw the seven stars in the palm of His hand
And John heard His voice like a symphony of thunder
John saw His eyes as flames of fire
And John saw around him thousands of angels
And the Lamb prepares to seek the Church
That will be taken from this Earth and will see
His greatness
And what does the Church see? I see the glory revealed
And what does the Church see? I see the Lamb who has overcome
And what does the Church see? I see seven candlesticks on the throne
And in their midst the promised one, my Bridegroom
And what does the Church see? I see the universe prostrate
Before the Glory of the Face of God!
And what does the Church hear? I hear the sound of worshipers
Hailing the victory of the King of Kings!
Who has ears?
Hear what the Spirit says to the Churches
Who has ears?
Listen, the footsteps of the King
He's coming! He's coming! He's coming!
To him who sits on the throne
The elders cast their crowns
Saying he is Holy, Magnificent, King
What was, what is and what is coming
The Warrior of the Church, the Tremendous Revered
The Ruler of the Universe, the Star, the Longed-For
Angels engage with the Church before the throne
Creation adores you, Saint!
Holy, Holy! Be worshipped King!
