Anxiety
There are nights when I can't even sleep
Because of insomnia, and that damned anxiety
Has finally gotten to me
There are no medications to help me
I don't know what to do to calm myself down
There's no music, no activities, and no shopping
That makes the anxiety go away
And leave me in peace
I don't know what to do to make it
Let me sleep in peace
My brain is tired, wanting to sleep
But this damned anxiety won't go away
I'm doing what I can to get better
But my brain is a sponge that only sucks up the past
That will never return
I'm feeling intense shortness of breath
And stabbing pains in my heart
I hate this damned anxiety so much
When it decides to act up
My vision darkens and my heart races
I start to feel a terrible panic attack
A thirst accompanied by a tight throat
My eyes dilate and my body swells
The hunger goes away and comes back with a million pounds of force
Spots on my body
Horrible intrusive thoughts
I don't know what else to do
To get better
I paint, I use coloring books
I sing, I dance, and I do art
I try to sleep, I try to play
I try to draw, I try to leave the house
But something won't let me
Leaving the house makes me feel like everything is falling apart
I feel like the world hates me
Everything shakes me
Shouts bother me, loud noises too
Strong knocks, and many things make me anxious
Anxiety is an extremely cursed thing
That's why I call it cursed anxiety
Ansiedad
Horribles pensamientos intrusivos
No sé qué más hacer
Para sentirme mejor
Pinto, uso libros para colorear
Canto, bailo y hago arte
Intento dormir, intento jugar
Golpes fuertes, y muchas cosas me ponen ansioso
La ansiedad es algo extremadamente maldito
Por eso la llamo ansiedad maldita
