Watchers' Line
As down with its presence announces the start of a new day.
Aldrian we are both here on the road of aventures that my father used to narrate to me.
But that my son is up to you to choose to follow me as I did formely on the
long and ancient tracks of western regions further than the ancestral forest
of whispers the ones related in the old tales that women used to sing before
the venue of the crawling and insinuating shadow.
Our march is slow but careful, facing numerousand cancealed dangers.
At last the black mountain of Erdak unveals where evil in its darkest shape
is kept prisoner.
You can see the entrance waiting for you in its silence.
Now it 's up to you to make your way.
There you will find the guardian who in fact is your grand father.
I replace the latter to carry out the task I have accepted.
You will be alone amongst those silent rocks looking out for evil.
With your strengh and wisdom you will answer that role.
-You have to see this monstruosity on your own to be prepared
-You have to meet my father and allow me to follow you far behind.
-You have to let the latter guide in order for me to replace him.
-You have to accept this role when your time will come.
-But you will have to accept the madness setting down in your mind due to the loneliness.
When your child will be born in your turn you will accompagny it on the way
so you can replace me to prevent the evil to spread from under the mountain;
La Ligne des Veilleurs
Alors que sa présence annonce le début d'un nouveau jour.
Aldrian, nous sommes tous les deux ici sur le chemin des aventures que mon père me racontait.
Mais, mon fils, c'est à toi de choisir de me suivre comme je l'ai fait autrefois sur les
longs et anciens sentiers des régions occidentales, au-delà de la forêt ancestrale
des murmures, ceux relatés dans les vieux contes que les femmes chantaient avant
l'arrivée de l'ombre rampante et insidieuse.
Notre marche est lente mais prudente, face à de nombreux dangers cachés.
Enfin, la montagne noire d'Erdak se dévoile, où le mal dans sa forme la plus sombre
est gardé prisonnier.
Tu peux voir l'entrée t'attendre dans son silence.
Maintenant, c'est à toi de tracer ton chemin.
Là, tu trouveras le gardien qui, en fait, est ton grand-père.
Je remplace ce dernier pour accomplir la tâche que j'ai acceptée.
Tu seras seul parmi ces rochers silencieux à guetter le mal.
Avec ta force et ta sagesse, tu répondras à ce rôle.
-Tu dois voir cette monstruosité par toi-même pour être prêt.
-Tu dois rencontrer mon père et me permettre de te suivre de loin.
-Tu dois laisser ce dernier te guider afin que je puisse le remplacer.
-Tu dois accepter ce rôle quand ton heure viendra.
-Mais tu devras accepter la folie qui s'installera dans ton esprit à cause de la solitude.
Quand ton enfant naîtra à ton tour, tu l'accompagneras sur le chemin
pour que tu puisses me remplacer et empêcher le mal de se répandre sous la montagne.
