Consequences
"I've been running from fear for some time."
She says to me, "What are you talking about?"
"Well, I've been running from the consequences of my sin, without a doubt. Crashing down and tossing like the sea. You know this isn't me, I should be the stronger one." She replies to me, "This time, what are we dealing with? Can you spell it out?"
"I've been struggling with the ways in which I please myself, before I please the Lord. I've falling away, but I'm still running. I've fallen away, I'm still running. I've fallen away, I'm still running the race."
The conversation ends with this line, "I can't do this alone, will you help me out? Because life's much harder when you're running through it by yourself."
"No, you're not alone."
"I've fallen away, but I'm still running the race."
Consecuencias
He estado huyendo del miedo por un tiempo.
Ella me dice, '¿De qué estás hablando?'
'Bueno, he estado huyendo de las consecuencias de mi pecado, sin duda. Estrellándome y lanzándome como el mar. Sabes que esto no soy yo, debería ser el más fuerte.' Ella me responde, 'Esta vez, ¿con qué estamos lidiando? ¿Puedes explicarlo?'
'He estado luchando con las formas en las que me complazco a mí mismo, antes de complacer al Señor. Me he alejado, pero sigo corriendo. Me he alejado, sigo corriendo. Me he alejado, sigo corriendo la carrera.'
La conversación termina con esta línea, 'No puedo hacer esto solo, ¿me ayudarás? Porque la vida es mucho más difícil cuando la atraviesas solo.'
'No, no estás solo.'
'Me he alejado, pero sigo corriendo la carrera.'
