Forests of Perdition
The dense threshold of these woods
Is where I longed to sleep
Feared by the breed called mankind
Cherished by those of the coldest blood
To enter those dark and forbidden groves,
embrace the Damned
A single drop out of my mortal past is what I left behind
Shadows froze my soul
Under a silent moon
Beckoned by the voices of my past
To drown in my own perdition
Those temples of ice I was allowed to gaze upon
Built by hands dissimilar to the ones I called mine
Around me shined the red starsthat were burned by the day
Those thrones, at last I had found the woods that were without god
I saw through eyes that were no longer weak
Free of my burdens
Trickles of crimson ran down my cheeks
My Demon tears
Defying all things holy I sketched a grotesque smile
We would soon hunt together and tear the lamb apart
I had found solace, refuge
As the forests closed behind, forever
Horns pointing towards heaven
I laughed over the wind

El denso umbral de estos bosques
Es donde anhelaba dormir
Temiendo a la especie llamada humanidad
Apreciada por aquellos de la sangre más fría
Para adentrarme en esos bosques oscuros y prohibidos,
abrazar a los Condenados
Un solo recuerdo de mi pasado mortal es lo que dejé atrás
Las sombras congelaron mi alma
Bajo una luna silente
Atraído por las voces de mi pasado
Para ahogarme en mi propia perdición
Esos templos de hielo que se me permitió contemplar
Construidos por manos diferentes a las que llamaba mías
A mi alrededor brillaban las estrellas rojas que fueron quemadas por el día
Esos tronos, finalmente había encontrado los bosques que estaban sin dios
Vi a través de ojos que ya no eran débiles
Libre de mis cargas
Gotas de carmesí corrían por mis mejillas
Mis lágrimas Demoníacas
Desafiando todo lo sagrado, esbocé una sonrisa grotesca
Pronto cazaríamos juntos y desgarraríamos al cordero
Había encontrado consuelo, refugio
Mientras los bosques se cerraban detrás, para siempre
Cuernos apuntando hacia el cielo
Me reí sobre el viento
