Lumpenpuppe und Malkasten und abenteuerlich dreckig
So stand sie unbeachtet im Großstadtgewühl
Und lachte über alles sich ganz scheckig
Ihr Lachen klang nicht glockenhell
Mal wie ne Luftpumpe mal wie Hundegebell
Ich fragte wie sie heißt und wo sie wohne
Und ihre Antwort war
War nicht ganz ohne
Das Gras ist grün und der Himmel ist blau
Und ich heiße Irmchen ja das weiß ich genau
Der Mohn ist rot und die Felder sind gelb
Und ich wohne immer einfach wo's mir gefällt

Ziehe ich meine Kreise beschnupper' jeden Ort
Und find ich die Spur der Liebe ja dann niste ich mich ein
