Grande alegria inundou meu coração
Ao descobrir que Cristo logo vai voltar!
Grande alegria explodiu a emoção
Pelo que Cristo fez e faz pra me salvar
Olhando ao redor eu vejo a dor
Pessoas sofrendo sem amor
Comendo miséria para não morrer
Tentando na vida não sofrer!
Olhando ao redor eu vejo fé
Num mundo que quer mudar até
Mas esta mudança nunca vai chegar
Se não quando Cristo retornar
Grande alegria inundou meu coração
Ao descobrir que Cristo logo vai voltar!

Olhando ao redor eu vejo o fim
De tudo que tem valor pra mim
Os sonhos da vida todos pelo chão
O mundo é só desolação!
Olhando ao redor eu vejo o céu
Fechado e coberto por um véu
O brilho do mundo então se apagou
E a vinda de Cristo então brilhou

Upon discovering that Christ will soon return!
Great joy exploded with emotion
For what Christ has done and does to save me
Looking around I see the pain
People suffering without love
Eating misery to not die
Trying in life not to suffer!
Looking around I see faith
In a world that wants to change even
But this change will never come
Unless when Christ returns
Great joy flooded my heart
Upon discovering that Christ will soon return!
Great joy exploded with emotion
For what Christ has done and does to save me
Looking around I see the end
Of everything that has value to me
Life's dreams all shattered on the ground
The world is only desolation!
Looking around I see the sky
Closed and covered by a veil
The world's brightness then faded
And the coming of Christ then shone
Great joy flooded my heart
Upon discovering that Christ will soon return!
