Lugar de Paz
Sei de um lugar de paz,
Longe de toda dor;
Aonde vou a luz buscar.
Entre a vegetação,
Prostrado, em oração,
A Deus entrego meu pesar.
Bem cedo, de manhã,
Ou ao cair do sol,
Eu deixo lá o meu temor;
E deste bom lugar,
Eu saio pra enfrentar a vida
Com muito mais amor.
Place of Peace
I know of a place of peace,
Far from all pain;
Where I go to seek the light.
Among the vegetation,
Prostrate, in prayer,
To God I surrender my sorrow.
Early in the morning,
Or at sunset,
I leave my fear there;
And from this good place,
I go out to face life
With much more love.
