שרציתי להגיד ולא אמרתי אולי כבר לא אומר
בחלון קטן מולי בוהה בפנסי הרחוב
איך ביום הם בודדים ואיך בלילה הם שבים לחיות
ולפעמים זה גם קורה לי בלילות
לחשוב על כל מה שרציתי להיות
ולפעמים זה מן חיוך כזה מוכר
שעוזר לי להשלים עם שנגמר
לפעמים כשסתם צופה על הבנות
כל כך קשה לי להחזיק את הדמעות
כל אלה בגווני סגול ירוק
מזכירים לי שהטוב כבר לא רחוק
