O universo, tudo ele fez
A terra era vazia coberta de trevas
Semelhante ao coração do homem sem Deus
Ele trouxe a luz, separou as águas
Criou a terra firme e as ervas fez brotar
Iluminou o céu com o brilho do Sol, Lua e estrelas
Encheu o mar de vida, criou os animais
Preparou tudo tão belo para depois o homem criar
Do nada Ele fez tudo
Com Tua palavra os criou

Para conhecermos o seu amor

He brought the light, separated the waters
Created dry land and made the herbs sprout
Lit up the sky with the shine of the Sun, Moon, and stars
Filled the sea with life, created the animals
Prepared everything so beautifully for man to come
From nothing He made everything
With His word, He created them
He is the God of life and everything is in His hands

So we can know His love
Revealing to us Jesus, our Savior
This earth will one day pass away, it will no longer exist
