O mundo não sabe a história de Jesus
E pensa que tudo terminou na cruz
Mas eu sei que a história não chegou ao fim
Jesus está vivo para mim!
Naquela manhã quando o Sol raiou
A porta da sepultura se abriu
E o Mestre aos discípulos se apresentou
O Cordeiro que foi morto ressurgiu!
Aleluia! Ressuscitou!
Cristo ressuscitou
E ele vivo hoje está
E breve voltará!
O mundo não mais o viu nem irá ver
Mas hoje à sua igreja dá-se a conhecer
Com muitos sinais e provas de amor
Jesus Cristo está vivo e é Senhor!

The world doesn't know the story of Jesus
And thinks everything ended on the cross
But I know the story didn't end
Jesus is alive for me!
On that morning when the Sun rose
The tomb's door opened
And the Master appeared to the disciples
The Lamb that was slain rose again!
Hallelujah! He is risen!
Christ is risen
And he is alive today
And will return soon!
The world no longer saw him and will not see
But today he reveals himself to his church
With many signs and proofs of love
Jesus Christ is alive and is Lord!
