Every day I wake and rise up on my feet again,
just to find myself falling down on the floor.
I try to understand the reason why I act this way,
only knowing that I seem to do it more and more.

No matter how I try, I find myself in sin again,
the very thing I thought I had escaped the day before.
Here I am again before you with the same request,
Lord release me from this burden of my sinfulness.

How many times will I fail You Lord?

Cada día me levanto y me pongo de pie de nuevo,
