Schöner Tag
Ja, mir geht es gut! Danke, dass du fragst
Ich kann nicht meckern, es gibt sicher Menschen auf der Welt
Denen geht es viel schlechter als mir
Und auch wenn es die anderen nicht verstehen:
Wenn trinken keine Lösung ist, hab ich auch kein Problem
All die anderen wissen ganz genau wohin mit ihrem Leben
Ich selbstverständlich auch, ich will bloß nicht drüber reden
Ja, natürlich hab ich Pläne, wenn ich in die Zukunft blick
Dann seh' ich neue Zähne für meinen Bruder und mich
Und eine Couch und eine Frau in meinem neuen Haus
Und dann brauch ich unbedingt auch einen Flatscreen TV
Ich bin genauso wie ihr, lass einfach los
Wir lachen und irgendwann lach ich mich tot!
Heute ist ein schöner Tag, die Sonne scheint
Durchs Fensterglas in mein Zimmer rein
Ein schöner Tag, die Vögel singen
Als würden sie wollen, dass ich fröhlich bin
Ein schöner Tag, die Blumen blühen
Der Nachbargarten ist saftig grün
Heute lohnt es sich mal aufzustehen
Ein schöner Tag um draufzugehen!
Probleme? Nein, bei uns gibts keine Probleme!
Ja, natürlich führen meine Eltern eine spitzen Ehe
Ein Vater verlässt nicht seinen Sohn
Der ist nur kurz weggefahren zum Zigaretten holen - seit 16 Jahren
Keine Sorgen weit und breit, nur Geborgenheit
Und wer weiß, vielleicht ist es morgen schon so weit
Und dann ich bin reich, kauf ein Auto, leb den Traum:
180 km/h gegen einen Baum!
Heute ist ein schöner Tag, die Sonne scheint
Durchs Fensterglas in mein Zimmer rein

Was ein wunderschöner Tag, die Sorgen alles Hirngespinste
Nichts dass nicht zu lösen wär mit Streichholz und Benzinkanister
Verbringe den Morgen im Garten an der Hecke
Dreh danach ein paar Runden am Ventilator von der Decke
Richtig spitze der Tag, find ich schön dass du fragst
Nimm meine Hand, wir gehen aus Tauben vergiften im Park
Dann in die Garage, so ganz im Anzug im Cabrio
Radio laut, Stickstoffmonoxid auf und lach mich tot!

I can't complain, there are definitely people in the world
Who are way worse off than me
And even if others don't get it:
If drinking isn't the solution, I don't have a problem
All the others know exactly where to take their lives
I do too, I just don't want to talk about it
Yeah, of course I have plans, when I look to the future
I see new teeth for my brother and me
And a couch and a wife in my new house
And then I definitely need a flatscreen TV
I'm just like you, just let it go
We laugh and someday I'll laugh myself to death!

Problems? Nah, we don't have any problems!
Yeah, of course my parents have a great marriage
A father doesn't leave his son
He just went out for cigarettes - 16 years ago
No worries in sight, just security
And who knows, maybe tomorrow it'll be time
And then I'll be rich, buy a car, live the dream:

I spend the morning in the garden by the hedge
