Blind verloren - abgestorben
So verirrt - verwirrt und klar
Glaubst du Leben zu begreifen
Unbeirrt - verständlich schwer
Doch tief und echt - doch eher leer
Und als Diener dieser Welt
Folgst du der Lüge grellem Licht
Und die Farben wahrer Liebe
Fühlst uns siehst und kennst Du nicht
Aufgepeitscht in dunkler Nacht
Allein im Regen wachst du auf
Die Seele brennt - Dein Herz erlischt
Und Du verstehst noch immer nicht
So reagiert und irrt der Geist
Im Labyrinth der Sicherheit
Wo die Suche in sich selbst -
Wo beginnt die Ehrlichkeit?

Blind lost - deadened
So lost - confused and clear
You think you understand life
Undeterred - understandable but difficult
Yet deep and real - yet rather empty
And as a servant of this world
You follow the bright light of lies
And the colors of true love
You feel, see, and know not
Whipped up in the dark night
Alone, waking up in the rain
The soul burns - Your heart extinguishes
And you still do not understand
So the mind reacts and wanders
In the labyrinth of security
Where the search within oneself -
Where does honesty begin?
