I hear from people that my words inspire
That my songs touch hearts, set souls on fire
Many see themselves in every line I write
In every rhyme, they find their light
I speak of love, I speak of pain
Of battles fought, and strength regained
I don’t confine myself to just one theme
I want my words to travel, to live, to dream
But all of this is just a mask I wear
For love’s a game I’ve failed to share
Ten steps from paradise, I'm pulled back again
Back to the start, where heartache begins
When I get close to love, my wings give way
They see someone I'm not, and love slips away
A reverse spell breaks the fairy tale I’ve spun
Leaving me lost, undone, under the Sun
Who will catch me if I fall?
Who will teach me how to fly at all?
Is there a path to paradise above?
Until that day, I’ll share my words of love
But all of this is just a mask I wear

Que mis canciones tocan corazones, encienden almas
Muchos se ven reflejados en cada línea que escribo
En cada rima, encuentran su luz
Hablo de amor, hablo de dolor
De batallas luchadas, y de fuerzas recuperadas
No me limito a un solo tema
Quiero que mis palabras viajen, vivan, sueñen
Pero todo esto es solo una máscara que llevo
Porque el amor es un juego que no he logrado compartir
Diez pasos del paraíso, me jala de nuevo
De regreso al inicio, donde comienza el desamor
Cuando me acerco al amor, mis alas se rompen
Ven a alguien que no soy, y el amor se escapa
Un hechizo inverso rompe el cuento de hadas que he tejido
Dejándome perdido, deshecho, bajo el Sol
¿Quién me atrapará si caigo?
¿Quién me enseñará a volar en absoluto?
¿Hay un camino hacia el paraíso arriba?
