Ecco un anno di più
come l'anno che fu
scorrerà lo champagne
per qualcosa che va
e per... quel che... verrà
I petardi ch'esplodono alti nel blu
fanno accendere un attimo gli occhi all'insù
per quel... che poi... non c'è più
E gli orologi danno come di anno in anno
cinque minuti e ormai quest'anno se ne andrà
facciamo poi il bilancio tra il cattivo e il buono
cinque minuti e poi nell'anno nuovo noi
Poliziotti e banditi che intorno al falò
con le donne di strada già ballano un po'
ma io... di te... non so
La famiglia al completo si radunerà
mentre l'ultimo nato le reciterà
poesie... per un... papà
E gli orologi danno come di anno in anno
cinque minuti e ormai quest'anno passerà
facciamo poi il bilancio tra il cattivo e il buono
