Atende, ó Senhor, a minha oração
E ouve as minhas súplicas
Responde-me, ó Deus, tão justo e fiel
Não entre em juízo comigo
Porque aos olhos teus
Não há justo algum
Assolam minh'alma na escuridão
Por terra caí, injúrias sofri
E a força que resta esmorece em mim
Aos céus levanto minhas mãos,
De onde o socorro há de vir
Sim, reconheço Tuas obras
Minh'alma, senhor, anseia por ti
Mostre o caminho a seguir
Tua vontade ensina-me
Destrói, ó Deus, meus inimigos
És meu refúgio, em ti confio,
Sou servo Teu

Hear, O Lord, my prayer
And listen to my supplications
Answer me, O God, so just and faithful
Do not enter into judgment with me
For in Your eyes
There is no righteous one
My soul is assailed in darkness
I fall to the ground, I suffer insults
And the remaining strength fades in me
To the heavens I raise my hands,
From where will help come
Yes, I acknowledge Your works
My soul, Lord, longs for you
Show me the way to go
Teach me Your will
Destroy, O God, my enemies
You are my refuge, in You I trust,
I am Your servant
