I saw Jesus in my cell, overnight where he was held,
On some trumped up charge we all knew was fixed.
I said, "why not take a gun,
Take a knife and make a run?"
He said, "they've found new ways to make these charges stick".
He said, "there's no use now, cos everything is fixed”.
I said, "why not walk out free? Why not make a call to me?
Just to stay in touch and let me know you're well?"
Well, he took me by the hand and said, "son, you don't

There's no clause left in this deal that I can fix.
I can't make one wrong move now, everything is fixed"
He said, "take a deep breath, take another,
Make a sound while you still can,
Your warm breath will soon be worth its weight in gold.
