My inner voices all elementary used to be
Terms of non speech, now they’re acquainting
Critic, child and highest self telling stories from fractions of time

I want to feel relief
To be free
Breathe in the air

How can I know anything for sure
I’m the skin of a fool and my head says I’m cruel and where’s the truth?

Would rather talk to the stars than go home

I will dive in her waters
Light the fire within
