Nightmare
Agreed smothered in sweat
afraid to sleep again
frozen like a statue in the nightmare.
I hear voices calling my name
when I lie in my bed
I hear the wind bringing the storm clouds.
Shadows of cord grasses twine
and strange things happen in my dreams
alone in the dark I try to find a way
waiting in silence, with my heart in my hands.
I can not sleep, but I have slept
and these illusions that torment me all the time
When I close my eyes I can see them
I can not commit myself more with my thoughts
but I see the souls of children appear before me
and fear makes me cry this night without end

Pesadilla
Acordado empapado en sudor
miedo de volver a dormir
congelado como una estatua en la pesadilla.
Escucho voces llamando mi nombre
cuando yago en mi cama
escucho el viento trayendo las nubes de tormenta.
Sombras de hierbas de cordón se entrelazan
y cosas extrañas suceden en mis sueños
solo en la oscuridad intento encontrar un camino
esperando en silencio, con mi corazón en mis manos.
No puedo dormir, pero he dormido
y estas ilusiones que me atormentan todo el tiempo
cuando cierro los ojos puedo verlas
no puedo comprometerme más con mis pensamientos
