The Perennial Link
Our steps grew silent as we came to a halt
Around us leaves joined in on an airy waltz
I was smitten and so I swayed along
In the midst of the act a tree rose tall
First one, then many, the leaves began to fall
And that which had shone hidden
Now burned clearly above the crown
A perennial link
Dividing two spheres
Ablazing dew tears
Inside the raging tempest
I latched around a branch
Leaf piles were sent skyward
To carry out another dance
And through the storm eventually calmed
And downwards the dancers went
Their mirth had once again fueled my dire ascent
El Vínculo Perenne
Nuestros pasos se volvieron silenciosos al detenernos
A nuestro alrededor, las hojas se unieron en un vals ligero
Estaba encantado y así me balanceaba
En medio del acto, un árbol se alzó alto
Primero uno, luego muchos, las hojas comenzaron a caer
Y aquello que había brillado oculto
Ahora ardía claramente sobre la copa

Dividiendo dos esferas
Lágrimas de rocío ardientes

Me aferré a una rama
Montones de hojas fueron enviados hacia el cielo
Para llevar a cabo otro baile
Y a través de la tormenta eventualmente se calmó
Y hacia abajo fueron los bailarines
Su alegría una vez más alimentó mi ascenso desesperado
