While living out the boot of my hire car
I drove across the ocean of a charcoaled heart
Freefalling from the edge of a bottle of 10ml nitrazepam pills
Guess i misplaced my taste for survival skills
Sat thinking 'bout the ways of suicide
And how lovely it would be to take that ride
Right here with a bottle of wine and that pack of nitrazepam pills
Till i saw my messiah rolling down the hills
And then he
Was telling me that our love
Was something from above
And something i could
Hardly see
