Reach Out For The Light
I don't want to live in a world of hate
oppression and restriction control by the state
and i don't want to live in a world of war
exploitations and divisions between rich and poor
i just want to live life just want to be free
is it to much to ask for a world of peace
So we try to create a alternative
we look to punk as a way to live
we try to care and help one another
you are my sister and you are my brother
But it seems to me that somethings gone wrong
cos all too often the togetherness is gone
they keep us down when they keep us apart
if they can do that then they've won from the start
All around me i see fighting when we should be uniting
we've got to put a stop to this senseless back biting
i see isolation leads to anger and frustration
when the way forward surly lies in more communication
it lies in more caring it lies in more sharing
it lies in the removing of the mask that were all wearing
we've got to realise and combine the strength within each of us
we've got to come together but have we only got the sus
to unite - fight - together we can reach the light
Alcanzar la luz
No quiero vivir en un mundo de odio
opresión y control por parte del estado
y no quiero vivir en un mundo de guerra
explotaciones y divisiones entre ricos y pobres
solo quiero vivir la vida, solo quiero ser libre
¿es mucho pedir un mundo de paz?
Así que intentamos crear una alternativa
buscamos al punk como una forma de vivir
intentamos cuidarnos y ayudarnos mutuamente
tú eres mi hermana y tú eres mi hermano
Pero me parece que algo ha salido mal
porque muy a menudo la unión se pierde
nos mantienen abajo cuando nos mantienen separados
si pueden hacer eso, entonces han ganado desde el principio
A mi alrededor veo peleas cuando deberíamos estar unidos
tenemos que ponerle fin a este mordisqueo sin sentido
veo que la aislación lleva a la ira y la frustración
cuando el camino a seguir seguramente está en una mayor comunicación
está en cuidar más, está en compartir más
está en quitarnos la máscara que todos llevamos
tenemos que comprender y combinar la fuerza dentro de cada uno de nosotros
tenemos que unirnos, pero ¿solo tenemos la sospecha?
