Know Hope
Well, the subject of the work is obviously political
It's not party politics, it's the politics of people
Not only their dreams but also the nightmares of people
That are caught in the firing line of war or rape
Or whatever it is that's negative to life
But uhm, I never did these pieces
Without some sort of symbol of hope
So you have to find it in there, I think
Somewhere
Because I think the resilience of humans is absolutely extraordinary
You know, to come through a lot
That I've never experienced and I hope never to experience
But I've met people who've been through the horrors of life
And have come out on the other side still sane
Which is pretty amazing, very inspiring
Some sort of symbol of hope
You have to find it in there

Bueno, el tema de la obra es obviamente político
No se trata de política partidista, es la política de la gente
No solo sus sueños, sino también las pesadillas de la gente
Que están atrapadas en la línea de fuego de la guerra o la violación
O cualquier cosa que sea negativa para la vida
Pero eh, nunca hice estas piezas
Sin algún tipo de símbolo de esperanza
Así que tienes que encontrarlo ahí, creo
En algún lugar
Porque creo que la resistencia de los humanos es absolutamente extraordinaria
Sabes, pasar por mucho
Que nunca he experimentado y espero nunca experimentar
Pero he conocido personas que han pasado por los horrores de la vida
Y han salido al otro lado todavía cuerdos
Lo cual es bastante asombroso, muy inspirador
Algún tipo de símbolo de esperanza
Tienes que encontrarlo ahí
