Mermaids
There is no scaping from the menace i've become
Despite the fact that we are one
I turn my back and i try to run away
No mermaid can put on the trouser you were yesterday
But it won't fit me anyway
If i close my eyes and hope that i might change
Scaping sailors better stay away
On the coast to play out, just today
If i hear a mermais, i'll have my way
I'll slip out to the sea again
There is no where i can roam
To leave that shore where you find gold
It's a pity it will go to another son
I wonder if that's really what you crave

No hay escapatoria de la amenaza en la que me he convertido
A pesar de que somos uno
Doy la espalda e intento huir
Ninguna sirena puede ponerse los pantalones que llevabas ayer
Pero de todos modos no me quedarían bien
Si cierro los ojos y espero poder cambiar
Los marineros que huyen mejor se mantienen alejados
En la costa para jugar, solo hoy
Si escucho a una sirena, tendré mi camino
Me deslizaré de nuevo hacia el mar
No hay ningún lugar donde pueda vagar
Para dejar esa orilla donde encuentras oro
Es una lástima que vaya a otro hijo
Me pregunto si eso es realmente lo que anhelas
