Random Thoughts
She whispers things right in to my brain
And I don't know what to say
So I laugh out loud like I don't even care
As she starts to walk away
So why do I bother?
She looks like an elf and smells real bad
But she can dance, and she can sing real loud
I wonder if I took her home and showed her to my parents
Would they be proud,
For all she does
I guess I should stop thinking about it and try.
I went to a show late last night
I saw that same ol' girl
She was dancing away without a care in the world
I was hoping that she didn't see me
But for all I know she's probably just a real nice girl
So I walked up to her and I said
Can we go out, get a drink or two
Maybe a sprite, or an ice tea
Don't worry about the money
I've got a couple of bucks so the drinks are on me.
Yes I know she's not the most beautiful girl in the world
But that's quite all right with me
We'll be friends for the rest of our lives

I brought her home
Introduced her to my mom
She said you remind me of a cute little elf
Then my dad walked in
He asked me what is that smell?
So I told them that she can dance and she can sing real loud
So I told her to sing a song and show them what you've got
So she got down I thought that I was in trouble
But my parents just laughed and thought it was a joke.
I took her home it was getting late about 12:38
I thought her parents were gonna be mad
But she said that it was okay
I was getting sleepy, I was tired
But I know this night we had so much fun
So I walked her to the door, I gave her a hug
She looked right up to me and smiled
She said thank you for all the good times,
I had fun maybe we can do it again.
Pensamientos al Azar
Ella susurra cosas directamente en mi cerebro
Y no sé qué decir
Así que me río en voz alta como si no me importara

La llevé a casa
La presenté a mi mamá
Ella dijo que le recordaba a un lindo elfo
Luego entró mi papá

Así que le dije que cantara una canción y les mostrara lo que tiene
Así que se puso a cantar, pensé que estaba en problemas
Pero mis padres solo rieron y pensaron que era una broma.
La llevé a casa, ya era tarde, alrededor de las 12:38
Pensé que sus padres se iban a enojar
Pero ella dijo que estaba bien
Estaba cansado, me estaba quedando dormido
Pero sé que esta noche nos divertimos mucho
Así que la acompañé a la puerta, le di un abrazo
Ella me miró y sonrió
