Soms denk ik.. Als ik omhoog kijk, heel hoog,
Dat er zo'n grote wereld daarboven is, ik wil het een kans geven.
Maar dan zink ik.. omdat ik hier moet blijven, dat is wat men zegt.
Maar ik voel me zo eenzaam hier beneden, vertel me waarom het zo moet zijn?
Daarboven is zoveel ruimte
Waar baby's boeren en bloemen bloeien.

Daar waar de lucht oceaanblauw is.
Ik zou veilig kunnen zijn en zonder zorgen leven, daarboven.
Ze zeggen dat ik er niet hoor, ik moet beneden blijven, alleen
Vanwege mijn overtuigingen, moet ik blijven waar het kwaad is gezaaid.
Maar wat is kwaad eigenlijk? Is er reden achter de rijm..?
Zonder kwaad kan er geen goed zijn..
Dus het moet soms goed zijn om kwaad te zijn!
