Elevo os meu olhos para os montes
E me pergunto de onde vem meu socorro
Eu sei que vem, vem do Senhor
Ele fez a terra e o céu
E não deixará meus pés vacilarem
No caminho
Ele é o guarda de Israel
Que não dormirá, mas me guardará
Eu estou seguro
Guardado em Suas asas eu vou descansar
Firmado em sua palavra eu vou caminhar
Na entrada ou na saída
De noite ou de dia
Deus me guarda, Deus me guarda
Eu creio em Deus
E a minha fé se fortalece
Eu creio em Deus
E nas lutas minha fé só cresce

I lift up my eyes to the mountains
And wonder where my help comes from
I know it comes, it comes from the Lord
He made the earth and the sky
And will not let my feet stumble
On the way
He is the guardian of Israel
Who will not sleep, but will guard me
I am safe
Guarded in His wings I will rest
Firm in His word I will walk
At the entrance or exit
At night or day

And my faith strengthens
