Por vales de aflições, se preciso for passar,
Ou mesmo se feliz, sempre em paz puder andar,
Bem sei, seguro estou, se ao sol ou sombra vou;
Na luz ou nas trevas, irei com Jesus
A todo! Lugar eu irei, com Jesus;
Seguindo sua lei, do céu eu terei a santa luz,
É meu privilégio levar a sua cruz;

Se as novas do evangelho for meu dever levar

If Christ Is With Me
Through valleys of affliction, if I must go,

Following His law, I’ll have the holy light from above,

If spreading the gospel is my duty to bear
To the lost sinner, wandering in despair;
If it’s my calling to preach Christ this way,
