I've learnt this will never end,
And this will just go on,
So full of doubt with no way out,
And I'm starting to disintegrate,

You push me closer with what you say,
Crushing me because I'm in the way,
I'm pulled together then torn apart,
It won't finish for a start,

I'm locked up here inside my eyes,
As you hide behind the sugar and spice,
And all the other shit that you create,
You give me space to separate,
In a hope that I won't interrogate,
Hoping it will all just go away,

And after some careful thought,
You rip my heart out because it can't be bought,
You throw for long but come up short,
I guess you just can't throw me away,

And you're choking me,
You slowly stop my air,
I guess you wrote the rules,
