Soy un feliz abejorro amarillo,I am a happy yellow bumble bee,
Vuelo alrededor de las flores y los árbolesI fly around the flowers and trees
y toda la mañana,and all morning long,
Revuelo en la brisa giratoria y el sol es amarillo como yoI flutter about in the swirling breeze and the sun is yellow like me

Soy un feliz abejorro amarillo,I am a happy yellow bumble bee,
todo es mucho más grande que yoeverything's so much bigger than me
pero no tengo miedo,but I'm not afraid,
pues si algo se acerca demasiado,for if something gets too close,
les doy un aguijón que los hace aullar y escapar...I give them a sting that makes them howl and scamper away..

No tengo miedo,No I'm not afaid,
aunque a veces me siento solo porque mis padres están muertosthough sometimes I get lonely because my parents are dead
y no puedo encontrar a mis hermanos o hermanas...and I can't find my brothers or sisters..

Por la noche el cielo se ve tan negro y no puedo encontrar el sol.At night the sky looks so black and I can't find the sun.
No importa cuánto lo intente,It doesn't matter how hard i try,
pero cuando siento que estoy cubierto de oscuridad,but when i feel like I'm covered in darkness,
y esa luz ya no me toca...and that light won't touch me anymore...
Escucho a los cardenales cantarI hear the cardinals singing
y sé por quién cantan cuando veo el sol...and I know who they're singing for when I see the sun......

Eso me hace un feliz abejorro amarillo,That makes me a happy yellow bumblebee,
todos mis amigos son escarabajos y ciempiés y todoall my friends are beetles and centipedes and all
el verano nos reímos y jugamos,summer long we laugh and we play,
pero no hablamos con las arañas porque son malasbut we don't talk to spiders because they're mean
y tratan de engañarnos, porque quieren comernos...and they try to trick us, because they want to eat us..
pero nunca nos vencerán...but they'll never beat us....
