A Tune Of Funereal Tragedy

Overtaken by gloom's atmosphere, a funeral dirge had sounded,
Unforgettable was the feeling of being crushed to death...
Frightening thoughts of a tragedy soon to come crossed my mind,
Inexorable was the emptiness which drowned me,
As the stream had drowned the banks of this desolate shore...

Hollow sepulchral tones rang out...
Hearing from afar I listened intently,
Immense sorrow overwhelmed me as I wept

All hope had been smashed as I waited...
Ghastly screams from within my soul confirmed,
That the final obliteration of my soul drew near...

Along this stream I marched at a funeral pace...
And as the moon shown through these oppressing clouds,
I was swallowed by the frozen, pale light,
Regretting the failures of a wasted existence,
Accepted my fate had become, and to this I fell...
And on the cold ground below... I died...
