but every time it's like I'm a little stronger than before
When I try to sit and write rhymes
I use the wrongs that caused me pain
and make them into right lines
Lately late at night it's like my best days at nighttime

I have love for everybody even when they deserve my rage
It's just pain
Why would I use it as a crutch for
when I could transform it and turn it into so much more
I don't want these moments to be something you regretted
Your hurt will hold you back if you let it, don't forget it
They don't know what you're worth
so they're treating you like dirt
It's absurd to think a life meant to love
could be thought of as worthless
I know you have a purpose

There's tough times ahead, but you don't need to cry
