I'm sick of the blanketed statements
Why not tell each other the truth?
I know that the system has failed
I ask myself, what is the use?

But I have faith in you
I back the things that you do
I know you think things through
Cuz I have faith in you

And you never give me a reason
To doubt solid people exist
And I never have to feel worried
There's no doubt when it comes to this
